The number of study grants can be increased with funding by public or private bodies as long as notification is provided by the date of the first exam. The increase in the number of study grants may lead to an increase in the overall number of places on offer. The failure to finalise agreements with public and private bodies within the prescribed times will lead to grants not being assigned and, as a consequence, the reduction in the overall number of places on offer.
In accordance with and according to the procedures provided for in article 7, paragraph 2 of the Regulations of the Research Doctorate course of the university, no more than two holders of research posts can be admitted for extra places without study grants.
